The new solution means that vehicle data is downloaded to the web-based fleet management service area on a frequent basis allowing fleet managers to access the most up to date vehicle data at no additional cost.
In addition to the new GPRS service, the MetaSAT TVM service website now has an enhanced reporting tool offering fleet managers the ability to download vehicle activity reports integrated into desktop software packages such as Excel. Extensive vehicle data can be interpreted for timesheets and reports to show idling time, overspeed journeys and daily travelling time and individual travelling time to support adherence to the Working Time Directive.
